Boarding Information...
Want your horse pampered. Tired of your horses in 10 X 24 stalls? We have 30 X 200+ runs.Your horses will have plenty of room to run and play. We will care for your horse as if they were our own! Circle Y Acres and it's experienced, horse loving family is pleased to offer full care boarding as well as short term over night boarding for the traveling horse.
In May we will have horse shows here at our Ranch.
It will be a gymkhana barrel racing jackpot & mounted shooting jackpot classes. No need to have a trailer!!
We have one 35 X 250+ runs available, up to three horses in the same pen as long as they all get along. We provide hay shelters and soon with have tack rooms and hitching posts to each stall.
We offer a few choices of boarding options.
FEED AND FACILITIES OPTIONS
Our boarding facility hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
We now lock our gates at 9 pm to help secure our farm.
(We offer many options to try to meet everyone’s needs.)
STALL LEASING: STABLE agrees to provide the following, in
addition normal and reasonable care in feeding OWNERS HORSE(S) supplied food.
Option 1:
a). Feed is supplied by OWNER and STABLE is feeding
twice a day.
b). OWNER agrees to keep hay stocked up by OWNERS
horse. If STABLE has to get hay in order to feed such horse(s) that OWNER
agrees to pay $10.00 for each bale that STABLE has to haul over to OWNERS
horse in order to feed for that day.You must keep hay in front of your stall
at ALL times.
c). First horse is $100.00 and each addition
horse is:$25.00 in same stall / run.
d). This is for one to three horses ONLY
as long as your horses get along.
e ).Feeding and watering is done by STABLE to
insure horses are fed at the same time daily unless you free feed.
f). I will only feed the small bales or the large
square bales if you have the three horses or less. If you feed the round bales
or have more than three horses in the pen I will not do the feedings. I will
not hand feed daily with round bales or the large square bale if you have
ore than three horses. It's hard to determine how much hay a horse is getting
with the round bales and they are meant for free feeding.
g). In the past we have had boarders
distroy our water tanks so we ask that you provide your own.
FULL BOARD: STABLE agrees to provide the following, in addition
to normal and reasonable care and handling to maintain the health and well
being of the horse(s).
Option 2:
a). Full Board is $200.00 per month, per horse.$225.00
for Draft horses.
b). Grass/Alfalfa mix hay fed in the morning
& evening.
c). Your horse is put in his own stall, ( 35
X 200+ with shelter ).
d). Feeding and watering is done by STABLE.
e). Each additional horse is $175.00 each , $200.00
each for Draft horse , each horses is in the same stall.
f). ).
In the past we have had boarders and horses distroy our water tanks so we
ask that you provide your own.
Option 3:
a). Pasture Board is: $150.00. $175.00 for Draft
horses.
b). Grass/ Alfalfa mix hay fed in the morning
and in the evening.
c). Horse is put in with other horses and with
shared shelters.
d). Feeding and watering is done by STABLE.
As a bonus I offer two well trained horses to use so you can bring a friend to ride. A liability waiver must be signed by you and your guests.
We have a small indoor arena and a 60 round pen and two huge out side arena'sand
plenty of dirt roads to trail and carriage ride.
I will take only approved stallions, you providing the pens AND elecrtic fencing
for your stallion.
Each pasture / stall / pens will have shelter and you will have your own hay
storage.We are working on making tack rooms and hitching posts in from of
your stall.

We have a 60" round pen. We also have a small indoor arena. This photos was taken March 18th, 2007.
We have a small indoor arena that we are working to help make it dust free for better riding.
We also have a huge 422 X 242 out door arena that is perfect for jumping.We also have another 400 X 400 out door arena that has a full size barrel pattern and speed barrels and we will have a pole bending pattern as well. The arena is big enough that three people can ride each speed event at the same time.
We also have miles and miles of trails on dirt roads with very little traffic. It's perfect for carriage driving. I drove on Christmas day and had a blast here giving the neighbors carriage rides.
